Role: Call Center Agent
Engage with customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Review account information and provide the best solutions.
Update customer accounts and follow up until issues are resolved.
Negotiate payment arrangements when applicable.
Recommend products or alternative solutions.
Handle objections and direct complaints to the appropriate team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication (CEFR B2 or 85%+ English test).
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
Problem-solving and attention to detail.
Adaptability and willingness to learn.
Team-oriented and tech-savvy.
